Shipping and Returns

Where does Blankie Tails ship?

We ship in the United States and U.S. territories and islands. Additional shipping charges do apply for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and islands.

We also ship internationally.

Will I be charged for shipping?

Shipping is free for orders $50 and over being sent in the continental U.S. For orders under $50 in the continental U.S., a flat rate of $2.99 will be added to your order.

For orders of any price being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, islands and military bases, additional shipping charges apply and will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping charges vary for orders shipped outside the U.S.

When and how will my order ship?

Your order will ship by the next business day after it is placed. Domestic orders will ship via UPS SurePost or USPS. International orders may ship by a variety of methods.

How long will it take to receive my order?

For all orders in the continental US you should receive your order within 7-10 days, although some orders will arrive sooner. Shipping time can vary depending on your geographic location. Orders outside the continental US will take longer.

All orders ship from our warehouses in New Jersey or Pennsylvania.

Where is my order?

Within two business days of placing you order you should have received an email with a tracking number. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or promotions folder. You can use the tracking number in the email to track your package here.

If you still do not see the email or the tracking information is not showing up on the UPS website, please send an email to and include your name and order number. A member of the Blankie Tails team will check on the status of your order and respond shortly.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order if it has not already shipped. Please send an email to and include your name and order number to request a cancellation. If your order has shipped, then you may return it for a refund once you receive it.

Can I return my order?

You can return your order up to 30 days after receipt of the item in the form of a credit back to the original payment source, less a $2.95 restocking fee. It may take 7 to 10 days for your payment to post to your account once the return is received. No returns will be accepted more than 30 days after receipt of an item.

To process your return, please email and have your order number ready so that we can send to you a pre-paid return mailing label.
