We ship in the United States and U.S. territories Additional shipping charges do apply for orders to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories
Will I be charged for shipping?
Shipping is $5 for Standard Shipping (3-5 business days) and $10 for Expedited Shipping (2 Days) for all orders within the Continental US.
For orders of any price being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories, additional shipping charges apply and will be calculated at checkout.
When and how will my order ship?
Your order will ship within 1-4 Business days. Domestic orders will ship via USPS, FedEx, UPS or Amazon.
How long will it take to receive my order?
For all orders in the continental US you should receive your order within 3-7 business days, although some orders will arrive sooner. Shipping time can vary depending on your geographic location. Orders outside the continental US will take longer.
Where is my order?
Within 1-4 business days of placing your order you should have received an email with a tracking number. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or promotions folder. You can use the tracking number in the email to track your package here.
If you still do not see the email or the tracking information is not showing up, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include your name and order number. A member of the Blankie Tails team will check on the status of your order and respond shortly.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order if it has not already been processed. Please send an email to email@example.com and include your name and order number to request a cancellation. If your order has been processed, then you may return it for a refund once you receive it.
Can I return my order?
You can return your order up to 30 days after receipt of the item in the form of a credit back to the original payment source, less a $2.95 restocking fee and original freight charges. It may take 7 to 10 days for your payment to post to your account once the return is received. No returns will be accepted more than 30 days after receipt of an item.
To process your return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and have your order number ready so that we can send to you a pre-paid return mailing label.
