Q: I already placed an order. When will it ship?

A: Your order will ship with 1-4 business days after it is placed. See the shipping page for more information.

 

Q: I would like to change my order. What do I do?

A:Please e-mail us at info@blankietails.com.

Q: I would like to change the shipping details of my order. What do I do?

A:Not a problem! Please e-mail us your order change at info@blankietails.com and reference your order ID #. 

Q: I would like to return my order. What do I do?

A: You can return your order up to 30 days after receipt of the item for a free www.blankietails.com store credit or receive a credit back to the original payment source, less a $2.95 restocking fee. It may take 7 to 10 days for your payment to post to your account. No returns will be accepted more than 30 days after receipt of an item.
